Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon order dispatch, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. We use Australia Post as your order courier. We endeavour to post your items within 24 hours, however during busy times there may be delays in dispatching you order.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free Express Shipping on all AU orders over $200 AUD.

All orders sent express post for a flat rate of $14.95 and standard for $9.95 for orders under $200 AUD. As Ivree Boutique is classed as Regional, we do not offer next business day delivery. Australian capital cities and major metro areas 1-4 business days. Regional areas outside the metro areas 2-5 business day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all orders rest of the world international standard shipping for a flat rate of $25. International orders should arrive within 6-27 business days once order has been processed.

Final prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and where responsibility lies with the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Once your order has been processed by the shipping courier and you have received tacking information, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact the shipping courier for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. If you have been notified that the parcel is "Delivered" and your package is missing, please enquire at your local post office. 

Any international orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office. 

If a package has been returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you for a new shipping address. If you do not respond within 20 days, your order is Null and Void.

Return & Exchange Policy

SWIMWEAR RETURNS:

Ivree Boutique offer Swimwear returns for a store credit ONLY, provided that:

- Items must be unworn, unremoved, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags, hygiene sticker and accessories attached in its original packaging. Sale, discounted, and special-order items are deemed final sale, where they are not eligible for a store credit unless faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Swimwear will not be accepted for a return if there is any evidence that the item(s) have been wet, washed or altered in any way, examples of this would be but not limited to tan, oil, sunscreen, deodorant or dirt residue.

​- Returns are postmarked within 14 days of original delivery, if 14 days have passed since you ordered your item(s) unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit. If your order was delayed, please contact us if you are having any issues lodging a return.

- ​To submit a return for store credit ONLY, please submit via the contact us page or email ivreeboutique@outlook.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the lodgment.

​- Once the return for store credit has been approved, you will receive a shipping address to return your items, Ivree Boutique will not cover the cost for returns and is the responsibility of the customer, Ivree Boutique is not responsible for returns that are not received.

​- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Ivree Boutique reserve the right to reject a return if deemed it is not in its original new condition. We do not cover the cost of lost or damaged return items.

- ​The store credit will be issued via email for the value of the returned item(s) minus the shipping fee and will be valid for 2 years.
